Cotswold District Council's friendly Visitor Information staff are on hand to help you get the best out of your visit to Cirencester.

The Visitor Information Centre in Cirencester, which is located at the Corinium Museum in Park Street, provides an accommodation booking service throughout the year for serviced and self-catering accommodation.

This service is available between 10.00 and 16.00, with Credit or Debit Card details being required.

The Fleece is Cirencester’s only town-centre 3-star hotel. The Grade II listed building, in the heart of the market square was purchased in April 2011, by Daniel Thwaites, a family owned Lancashire Brewery.

Facilities at the hotel include twenty eight bedrooms, which are going through a major refurbishment, due to be completed by October 2011. All the bedrooms are ensuite, with plasma screen televisons, hairdryers, ironing facilities and a selection of hot drinks for guests to enjoy.

The hotel has a sun-trap courtyard area, alongside the bar, lounge and restaurant, which are all open from 8am – late, for both residents and non-residents.
